Gabriel Gold is a San Francisco, CA and Reykjavik, Iceland based music composer and multi-media artist known for his soaring, yet soothing, wordless vocals, minimalist piano and entrancing Handpan playing; music described by SFGATE as, “A work of stunning purity.”.
Gold is also the founder and musical director of the Grace Cathedral Sound Bath; one of the largest Sound Baths (Sound Meditation Experiences) in the world.
Alongside his audio-visual installation works, such as, Grace Light” (2019), Gold has released two full-length albums of music; “Halo” (2015); and “Live at Grace Cathedral” (2018); and is currently working on a new album in Iceland, produced by Birgir Jón Birgisson (Sigur Ros, Sólstafir, The Album Leaf); as well as an upcoming audio-visual artwork inspired by the Arctic and its glaciers.
