I am a designer, author, professor and musician. My book, Two Beats Ahead: What Musical Minds Teach Us About Innovation, features interviews with Pharrell, Hank Shocklee and many others, exploring how they transfer their creative virtuosity to entrepreneurial pursuits. It’s based on my course at Berklee College of Music, my experience as a designer at IDEO, and my own interests as a composer and recording artist.
