ARCTIC WAVES AT ICELAND AIRWAVES
If you like music from obscure places, look no further! The Arctic Waves showcase will take place at Iceland Airwaves, a celebration of music from the Arctic regions. Musicians from Greenland, Canada, and Sápmi will unite, offering a unique opportunity to explore the captivating world of circumpolar music.
Elisapie, who blends Inuit themes and rock music, exceptional Sami artist Katarina Barruk who combines pop music, traditional yoik and improvisational elements, shining Greenlandic talent Andachan and Sámi electronic music artist Niilas, have joined the official schedule.
