Ísleifur has spent over 25 years shaping Iceland’s live events landscape, dedicating his entire adult life to creating concerts and cultural experiences. As the founder and CEO of Sena Live, Iceland’s leading live event company, he has played a key role in elevating the country’s concert scene — bringing world-renowned artists like the Eagles, Justin Timberlake, Justin Bieber, Andrea Bocelli, and Ed Sheeran to Icelandic stages. Sena Live also produces shows for some of Iceland’s most celebrated talents, including Sigur Rós, Björk, Ólafur Arnalds, and Laufey.
In addition to concerts, Sena Live owns and operates Iceland Airwaves — the iconic 25-year-old music festival recognized worldwide for its innovative programming and global influence. Ísleifur has served as Festival Manager of Iceland Airwaves since 2018.
