So let’s dive into the future of music and shake things up together!

very artist needs a team, like the successful Laufey needs her Creative Director Junia Jónsdottir. Junia is the ultimate creative mind behind the Grammy awarded singer and has proven to be an innate talent with a sophisticated yet playful eye inspired by her Scandinavian and Chinese family. James Foley, who joined Spotify in 2015 and is leading the Global Editorial strategy team, has over 15 years of industry experience centered on elevating emerging talent and curating for a wide array of audiences

Meet Andy Duggan, a seasoned music agent at WME, who represents an impressive roster of talent including Charlotte Day Wilson, Santigold, Greentea Peng, and Mount Kimbie. With over 24 years of experience in the industry we can’t wait to douse ourselves in his expertise. Diana Burkot, a prominent member of the revolutionary punk group Pussy Riot, is an outspoken advocate for human rights and social justice. With her fearless approach and artistic flair, she continues to challenge oppressive systems and inspire change on a global scale.  Emilien Moyon, director of the Music Business Graduate Program at Berklee Valencia has created a unique learning experience to prepare the next generations of music industry trailblazers. Did you know it’s ranked as one of the best music business programs by Billboard?

Meet Hildur Maral, Managing Director at OPIA Community—a travelling festival series, a record label and a community hub fostering a variety of conversations and initiatives. As a music professional with over 19 years of experience, she’s specialised in artist, label & event management and has worked with the likes of Ólafur Arnalds, Universal Music Group, and Roskilde Festival. Greenhouse Talent‘s founder, CEO and promotor Pascal van de Velde grew the once sole proprietorship into the largest independent concert organizer in the Benelux’s. Booking, marketing, promotion, ticketing, administration—there’s nothing they don’t do. KEXP’s Senior Programming Advisor, DJ and Host Kevin Cole was responsible for leading the programmatic vision for on-air, online, and in person for 18 years as KEXP’s Chief Content Officer/SDP. During this time KEXP recorded over 300 sessions with Icelandic artists viewed over 150 million times on KEXP’s YouTube channel. Under Kevin’s lead, KEXP evolved from a Seattle-based radio station to a globally revered music discovery arts organization.

We’re super thrilled to be welcoming music industry health consultant, award-winning psychotherapist, and writer Tamsin Embleton. She founded the Music Industry Therapist Collective (MITC) and is the editor of Rough Trade’s book of the year ‘Touring and Mental Health: the Music Industry Manual’. Meet Augustin Eude, International & Catalogue Manager at One Little Independent Records. The established independent UK label is known for releasing music by notable Icelandic artists such as Björk, Ásgeir, Árny Margrét and Kaktus Einarsson. If you’re into Icelandic Music, you must already know Bjarni Daníel from the band Supersport!. Stemming from the local vibrant grassroots scene, he has become a prolific voice within what has become an important movement of experimentation and radicalism. Be it as songwriter, as program director and DJ at RÚV radioor as founding member of collective Post-dreifing, most of his work centres heavily around collaboration.

While we think we did a pretty good job, It’s simply impossible to properly introduce these insanely talented speakers which is exactly why you should head over to our conference page, score that ticket, and familiarise yourself with them and all our other delegates on your personal delegate page.
