In her role as Director of A&R at LAVA Records (UMG), Devon O’Connor brings a holistic approach to advancement in the entertainment industry by incorporating her unique experience into the comprehensive growth & development of the emerging artists on her roster. Devon most recently signed Mexico-based rock trio The Warning. A graduate of The Wharton School, Devon currently resides in Los Angeles.
