Ollie co-founded the London based label Memphis Industries in the late 90’s and has, over the last 20 years or so turned it from a bedroom hobby into a mainstay of the UK independent scene. Alongside the label, Ollie also co-founder Memphis Management, working with Yard Act, The Go! Team, Field Music and This is the Kit, as well as starting a boutique publishing company Man Mountain Music.
