Are you ready to meet them?

We’re gearing up for another thought-provoking conference, where our speakers are as cool as our glaciers and the vibes are hotter than our geothermal pools. Tea will be spilled, industry secrets will be shared, and countless new doors are waiting for you to be opened. Are you ready to tip your toes in the water? Come meet some of our speakers!

We can’t wait to hear how she does it!

Vice President Global Touring, Elliot Lefko, has worked for AEG/Goldenvoice for the last 20 years. He’s also been Sigur Rós’ North American promoter for over 10 years btw, small world!

You may know Lena Ingwersen from Music Cities Network, of which she is Managing Director. Then we have Steinunn Camilla, who has over 20 years of hands-on industry experience and is the manager and co-owner of Iceland Sync Creative.

Meet María Rut, she has been active in Iceland’s culture scene since 2008 and helped prepare the establishment of the new national office which she now leads as Director of Iceland Music.
